Everything you need to know about corporate wellbeing

At Stride Revive we view corporate wellbeing as a performance strategy. Our programmes focus on restoring human energy in the workplace through the Stride Revive Method: Stillness, Clarity, Movement, Energy. When employees regulate stress, think clearly and move regularly, both wellbeing and performance improve.

Investing in workplace wellbeing delivers tangible business benefits including improved employee engagement and productivity, reduced absenteeism and presenteeism, better talent attraction and retention, and a stronger workplace culture. Research shows that employees with high levels of wellbeing are three times more likely to stay with their employer and recommend their workplace to others.

Stride Revive is based in Stafford and serves businesses across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas throughout the Midlands region. We work with organisations of various sizes, from SMEs to larger corporations, tailoring our approach to meet local business needs.

The cost of our programs varies depending on the scope, duration, and specific needs of your organisation. We offer everything from individual initiatives to comprehensive integrated programs. We're happy to provide a detailed quote following an initial consultation where we understand your requirements and budget.

We use multiple metrics to measure success, including employee engagement surveys, wellbeing assessments, participation rates, sickness absence data, and qualitative feedback. We work with you to establish clear baseline measurements and track progress throughout the program, providing regular reports to demonstrate ROI.

Unlike many providers who offer generic, one-size-fits-all solutions, we focus on creating real behaviour change through the Stride Revive Method: Stillness, Clarity, Movement, Energy. Our programs are designed for real workdays, integrating seamlessly into your existing operations without feeling like an add-on. We focus on practical, evidence-based interventions that deliver measurable results.

Absolutely. Many of our programs are designed to work effectively with remote and hybrid teams. We offer virtual workshops, digital resources, and flexible delivery methods that ensure all employees can benefit regardless of their work location. We can also create blended programs that combine in-person and virtual elements.

Program duration varies based on your objectives. Single initiatives can be delivered in a day, while our structured programs typically run for 6-12 weeks to allow for meaningful behaviour change. Integrated wellbeing programs often involve an ongoing partnership with quarterly reviews and continuous evolution based on results.

ST25 is our flagship live event, a practical, experiential summit for HR leaders, executives, and people managers. Taking place on April 16, 2026 at the Bet365 Stadium in Stoke-on-Trent, it features strategic keynotes, hands-on workshops, wellbeing tech demos, and networking opportunities. For every ticket sold, we donate a self-led wellbeing program to a Staffordshire school.

Yes, we work with businesses of all sizes. We understand that smaller organisations have different needs and budgets, and we offer scalable solutions that can deliver meaningful impact without requiring significant resources. Our workplace wellbeing initiatives are particularly well-suited for SMEs looking to make a positive start.

Our workshops cover a wide range of topics including stress management and resilience, energy management for peak performance, mindfulness and focus techniques, movement and physical wellbeing, sleep optimisation, nutrition fundamentals, and sustainable behaviour change. We can also create bespoke workshops tailored to specific challenges your team faces.

After an initial consultation to understand your needs, we can typically begin delivering initiatives within 2-4 weeks. For more comprehensive programs that require detailed planning and customisation, the setup period may be longer to ensure we create the right solution for your organisation.

What Our Clients Say

The Stride Revive programme gave our team something we didn’t expect: a shared sense of energy and purpose. Within weeks, we saw real changes in how people showed up, not just physically, but mentally.

Dr Eve Davies

Head of People, Protect a Pet

You’d think walking is simple, and it is, but the way it was structured made people actually commit. We had over 80% of the team hitting their weekly goals by the end.

Jonathan Hall

Programme Participant

I was sceptical at first, but the mindfulness and movement sessions genuinely helped me manage my stress better. I sleep better, move more, and feel more focused at work.

Phil

Programme Participant

This wasn’t just another corporate wellness box-tick. The team genuinely engaged because it felt personal, practical and fun. It’s rare to find something that actually shifts culture, not just talks about it.
